Aura Platform LLC — AURA PLATFORM LLC ESTABLISHES ITS FOUNDING GOVERNANCE
Today marks an important milestone in the journey of Aura Platform LLC.
After years of building, refining, and preparing the Company's technology, governance, and institutional foundation, we have formally executed the Company's Operating Agreement and Initial Written Resolution.
With these documents now in effect, Aura Platform LLC enters its next stage as a founder-led company with established governance and the addition of two Strategic Members committed to supporting the Company's long-term development.
I am pleased to welcome Iffat S. Chaudhry and Amjad M. Chaudhry as Strategic Members of Aura Platform LLC.
Their participation reflects more than an ownership interest. It represents a shared commitment to help advance the Company's commercialization, institutional growth, strategic relationships, and long-term continuity.
Over the past several years, Aura Platform LLC has grown from a single vision into three complementary infrastructures:
